A site can bind a form or booking page the organization already publishes in Engage (the connected way), or own one: created from the site, bound to it, hidden from the organization's Engage lists and trashed with the site. It is the same Engage engine either way - the modules, the required-answer checks, the spam checks, the availability, the deposits, the appointment and client creation and the lead-table write - never a second builder.
In Marketing -> Websites click the site, switch to Dashboard and open Integrations. The Forms row and the Bookings row each carry Create for this site next to the picker, and the picker groups Your website's above From Engage.
Name it (Contact form is the default) and pick the starter fields: name, email, phone, message, a short text or a dropdown with its options. The form is published at once, bound as the site's lead form, and a Lead form section is added to the Contact page draft (Home when the site has no Contact page). Publish when the draft looks right.
Name it (Book online by default), pick the services from your appointment types, the slot length, and whether a deposit is collected and how much. The page belongs to the site's company (or the organization's first company) and a Book now section joins the contact page draft the same way.
"Add a contact form to the Ridgeway Roofing site asking for name, phone and roof type" or "Add a booking page for consultations to the Marlow Advisory site" shows a confirm card; it never runs on its own, and Undo within 15 minutes removes what it created. When you build a site and the organization has no published form to connect, the build creates the site's own contact form for you and says so in the plan.
