How leads from your site arrive

The lead form block does not invent a form: it binds one of your published Engage forms and renders it natively on the page (no iframe, no chrome). A visitor submits, and the same shared lead writer every integration uses creates the lead.

Where the lead goes
Leads -> the table "<Site> - Website" (created with the site), lead source = the site's name. Filter Leads by that source to see only site leads.
What arrives
Name, phone, email, the message and every field of the form, plus which page and which site it came from. Duplicates are prevented by the submission id.
Who is told
The table's assignees get the usual new-lead notification; automations on "new lead" run; Genaya AI can answer "which leads came from my website this week".
Spam
A hidden honeypot field and a minimum fill time stop bots invisibly; per-site and per-organization submission caps stop floods.
Site leads in their own table, with the site as the lead source.
lightbulbChange the form in Engage (a new question, a different thank-you message) and the site shows it on the next visit - the page reads the form live. Swap which form the site uses on Dashboard > Integrations.
