Build
Open the Genaya AI sheet, say "build me a website", confirm the card and watch the plan tick. The turn keeps running if you leave the sheet; the link is waiting when you come back.
Websites tab
In the all-pages menu (pin it if you like): every site as a card - the site's picture (the screenshot the publish check takes; a neutral tile with the site's initial before the first publish), the name with a globe mark when it is live, "By <member>" (By you, or By Genaya AI for a site an assistant created), "Last edited 5m ago", the status, visits and leads in the last 30 days and the public link. Tap a site for its facts. The Home screen carries a Websites card with the same numbers, the live count and the public link; tapping it opens the tab.
Favorites
The star on a card keeps a site at hand; the star at the top of the tab shows favorites only. Favorites are yours and follow you - the same stars you set on the web list.
Recently deleted
The trash icon at the top of the tab opens Recently deleted: every site in the 30-day trash with the days it has left. Restore (the Websites edit permission) brings it back in one tap, exactly as on the web - pages, versions, its own forms and booking pages, its tables and the public link.
Templates
With the Websites create permission the templates icon at the top of the tab opens the ready-made templates (websites, working apps, games and tools, with pills to tell them apart): pick one, press Use this template, type a business name and a city, and the site is created at once - no build to wait for. The phone then opens the site's own screen; page editing itself stays on the web.
Share and Open
Share sends the public link through the phone's share sheet; Open shows the site in your browser - a real website, never an embedded web view.
Publish, Take offline, Versions
Tap a site to open its sheet. With the Websites publish permission the sheet carries Publish (or Publish changes on a live site with edits pending), Take offline and Versions with Rewind on each row - each behind a confirm sheet, running the same checks as the web. A publish the check refuses lists what to fix in the sheet and the pill reads Blocked; a site that needs a review says "Sent for review".
Connected domains
The sheet lists every domain connected to the site with its status and DNS records, read-only, so you can read a value to whoever manages your registrar. Connecting, Check now, Make primary and Disconnect are on the web.
Data
The Data row opens the site's tables and rows read-only, with the linked appointment, client or lead (the Websites data permission).
Logs
Logs in the site sheet lists the site's activity read-only - the newest 50 rows with the event, who did it (a member, Genaya or a visitor) and when, and an Errors only switch. The full log with every filter is Dashboard > Logs on the web.
Ask Genaya
The Ask Genaya row in the site sheet (Genaya AI access) opens your own conversation about that site - the same thread the Ask Genaya button opens on the web, the one that built the site when you built it by chat - never a new chat. The row shows a spinner while it finds the thread. Teammates each have their own thread about the site; for a separate thread, start a New chat in Genaya AI.
On the web only
Click-to-edit, Page settings, Add page, connecting a domain, Settings, the API reference, the code view, Marketing and the log filters. A Genaya AI edit confirmed on the phone lands in the draft; the card says "Page editing is on the web" and opens the site's page in your browser.
infoThe Websites tab needs the Websites view permission under Marketing - nothing is switched on first; it appears as soon as Websites is available to your organization. Publishing needs a paid plan, and like every purchase the plan is bought on the web, never inside the iPhone app.
