How Genaya Websites works

Websites lives under Marketing next to Engage, Campaigns and Automations. The idea in one sentence: the site is a description, not code. Pages are made of sections, every section is bound to a real Genaya record, and the renderer reads live values - so the site never goes stale and Genaya AI can never invent a price or a review.

A site's Overview - visits, leads, bookings, the public link and Run a campaign to this site.
Build
Describe the idea on the Websites home or in any chat - a business site, or a web app with visitor accounts ("build me a todo dashboard"). The brief is the whole spec: your services, forms, booking page and reviews are wired in only when it is about your own business, and one organization holds several sites and apps, each from its own brief. The first build of a site is free for the first sites your plan includes (1 on the trial); after that a first build spends Genaya AI credits like any rebuild, and later builds and chat edits spend ordinary Genaya AI credits.
Blocks
Hero, about, team, services and pricing (Items and Services), reviews (Engage), FAQ, hours and contact, service area map, lead form (an Engage form, or the site's own), book now (an Engage booking page, or the site's own), call and text (your number), chat (Live Chat, Pro and up), pay a deposit (GenayaPay), gallery (Files), a legal footer, an allowlisted embed. For an app there is no hero or marketing block: a left sidebar and top bar frame the app, a Dashboard screen (a board or a table with stat tiles, quick add and search) comes first, then one screen per table plus an All records view, sign in is a six-digit email code built into the shell, and New <record> opens a form to add a row.
Data
Every site owns a Leads and a Bookings table - one row per submission and per booking, linked to the lead, the appointment and the client - plus custom tables created by chat or on Dashboard > Data; search, export a CSV and open the linked records. The Forms and Bookings rows create a form or booking page the site owns.
Sell
Add a store section and sell items or services straight from your Items and Services catalog - a visitor checks out on your own site through GenayaPay, and the order shows in Dashboard > Orders with a bell and an email the moment it is paid. No separate product list, no separate invoice.
Edit
Say it in chat, press Edit in the top bar and style whatever you click (text, a photo, an icon, a section's layout and fill), or open the palette icon Look for the whole site's colors and fonts at once: hover a section for its outline and label, click it for a toolbar keyed to what you picked, double-click a headline, a paragraph or almost any label to type it, and Section data opens a small floating window when a type still has fields with no element on the page. Every change on the page saves as you go, and Undo / Redo (or Cmd/Ctrl+Z) take a change back. The page dropdown in the top bar holds Add page and, at the end of every page's row, a gear for Page settings: title, path, Show in the menu, search title and description, Appear in Google (this page), Move up / Move down and Remove this page, with that sheet's own Save draft and Discard. Track a click on a button, or Rewind to an earlier version. Everything stays in draft until Publish.
Dashboard
The Preview | Dashboard switch in the top bar opens the site's second page: Overview, Domains (the free address and custom domains), Analytics, Marketing (the SEO and AI search score with its fixes, a campaign to the site, social posts), Integrations, Data, Logs (the activity log), API (the site's tables through the developer API, Copy for LLM; the site API is on the Pro plan and above), Code (the rendered files, read-only; opening a file and Download zip on the Pro plan and above) and Settings (site info with the favicon - the Genaya favicon until you pick one - and the social image, the home page, visibility and Appear in Google, the badge, the search title and description, the legal texts, Duplicate this site, Save as template, the Danger zone).
Publish
Your own <business>-<city>.genaya.site link, live within a minute, served as full HTML with structured data so search engines and AI crawlers can read it. The trial builds and previews; publishing needs a paid plan, which also connects a domain you already own (Connect domain on the address strip, or Dashboard > Domains).
Plan
Published sites: 1 on Individual, 3 on Pro, 10 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. Pages per site 10 / 10 / 25 / 50 / unlimited (trial through Enterprise). Page views are free.
Permissions
marketing.websites view, create, edit (pages, sections, the site's own forms and booking pages, tables and records), publish (also connecting any domain, bought or owned, to the site), domains (buying a domain through Genaya, its DNS records, lock, privacy and renewals - a spend permission), delete, data (Dashboard > Data, its export, the linked records and the Visitors card of an app site: see the accounts; blocking or unblocking also needs edit), and, for a site that sells (Dashboard > Orders), orders view, orders manage (mark an order fulfilled) and orders refund (a spend permission, also needing the GenayaPay refund permission) - ten leaves under Marketing in Roles and Permissions.
Safety
Every publish checks links, impersonation and regulated claims; healthcare and finance confirm with a typed word; every site carries Privacy, Terms and a Report this site link.
