  1. 1
    Open Dashboard > Logs

Switch to Dashboard in the top bar and open Logs. The newest rows come first, 50 at a time, with Load more at the foot; Refresh re-reads. The table has four columns - Type, Who, When (hover for the exact moment) and What, one plain sentence.

  2. 2
    Filter

The member filter - Everyone, each member of your team (you read as You), Genaya AI and Visitors - narrows to who did it; All events / Errors only keeps only what failed - a blocked publish, a domain check that failed, a takedown. Each filter has its own empty sentence when nothing matches.

  3. 3
    Read who did it

A member's row names the member (a page Genaya AI wrote on a member's request is that member's row). A row Genaya wrote on its own - a domain check, a takedown, a clearing - says Genaya AI. A visitor's row says Visitor and names the form and the page, never the person: the visitor's details live in the lead and in the site's Leads table, not in the log.

infoRows are kept for 90 days, then removed. A site that is purged from the trash takes its log with it. The log is a record of what happened, not a query source for Genaya AI - ask "when did I publish" or "how is the site doing" and the assistant answers from the site itself.
