A site that nobody visits is a brochure in a drawer. Open the site in Marketing -> Websites, switch to Dashboard and open Marketing: the three ways visitors find a Genaya site sit on one page, each as a card with one button, so the next step is never a hunt.

  1. 1
    Run scan

The SEO and AI search card shows a score ring; before the first scan it reads Get your score. Press Run scan (Run scan again later; the Websites edit permission) and the scan reads the draft - what the next publish sends out - and answers a score from 0 to 100 with a grade (Great from 90, Good from 70, Fair from 40, Needs work below that) and when it ran. The scan is free: it is a set of rules over the pages and calls no model.

  2. 2
    What was checked

What was checked opens the eleven checks with their points: search titles (15 to 70 characters, no two pages alike) and search descriptions (50 to 160) on every page, one main heading per page, pictures described (alt text), enough to read (300 characters or more on a page), page speed (up to 12 pictures, 2 embeds and 10 sections on a page), the site title and description, search engines allowed in (Appear in Google on), a FAQ for AI answers (a FAQ section with 3 or more questions - AI assistants and search engines quote it), business data (a hours and contact section) and a way to act (a lead form, a booking page, a call button or a call to action). Hide the checks folds them away.

  3. 3
    Fix what it lists

What to fix first names the page and the section of every fix and says what to change - errors first, then the fixes worth the most points, eight at a time with Show all. Fix with Genaya AI opens the side chat with the fix already written out, so you press send; the Edit icon opens the page in the editor (or Dashboard > Settings for a site-level fix); a search title or description is written in that page's Page settings, the gear next to the page in the top bar's page dropdown. Publish, then run the scan again: the live pages are exactly what the draft was.

  4. 4
    Create a campaign

The Google Ads card shows how a search ad for the site could look - the site name, the public link, the home page's search title and description - so you see what people will click before anything runs. Create a campaign opens the campaign flow of Marketing -> Campaigns with the site as the destination, on the ad account your organization owns and pays: Genaya never holds ad money, and the budget guard, the typed daily budget and the pause rules of Campaigns apply as everywhere else. On a plan without Campaigns, or while paid ads are not open for your organization, the card says so instead of showing the button.

  5. 5
    Write posts

The Social content card's Write posts opens the side chat with "Write three social posts for my website <name> and tell me which platforms fit". Genaya AI writes them from what it knows about the business and says where each one fits; nothing is stored on the site and nothing is posted anywhere by itself. Without Genaya AI access the card says so in one line.

infoThe score is stored on the site, so the card shows the last result and its date when you come back, and Dashboard > Logs gets an SEO scan row. Drafts and the private preview carry a no-index tag either way - the scan reads the draft so you can fix things before they go live.
