The build fills every photo slot on its own - a free-library photo, or a Genaya AI picture on a slot the libraries could not fill. Here is how to take over any of them by hand.
In Edit mode, click any photo on the page - the hero, an About picture, a gallery tile, a Why us or a Services picture. The toolbar shows Replace photo and an alt-text box; next to them, with the picture's own attachment in hand, a Photo tools button.
Replace photo opens the same Files picker as everywhere else on the site - your organization's images, and the free-library search. Photo tools' own Replace action opens the identical picker.
Open Photo tools and press Regenerate. Describe the new picture if you want ("a bright modern kitchen with warm lighting") or leave the box empty for a plain default. Genaya AI makes one new picture for that exact spot and it lands on the page at once - the old picture stays in your Files, nothing is deleted. The Regenerate button shows only for a member with Genaya AI access; a workspace where image creation is not set up, or a trial past its picture allowance, reads Genaya's own plain sentence in the panel instead - never a credit number.
Drag the dot on the picture (a click anywhere on the picture moves it there too), or select it and use the arrow keys to move it 5% at a time. The point is remembered for THAT picture - by its own file, not by where it sits on the page - so replacing the photo never keeps a stale crop, and using the same photo twice on a site keeps one focal point everywhere.
The alt-text box ("Describe the photo") is the same one the inline Replace photo control saves.
