- When your records are wired in
- Only when the brief is about your own business: it names your company, says "my" or "our" business, company, practice or shop, or asks for those things ("with my services", "with online booking", "show my reviews"). Then the services and prices, the booking page, the lead form, the published reviews, the hours, the service areas, the number and chat bind to the pages, and the plan block reads "Reading your business".
- When they are not
- Any other brief - a cafe, a portfolio, a landing page for a friend, a to-do app - gets a site of its own: its own contact form and booking page (created for the site), no services, no reviews and no records from your organization. The plan block reads "Building from your brief". Nothing you run in Genaya leaks onto a site that is not about it.
- The look
- The planner picks the preset, the fonts and the light or dark mode from the brief and the trade. The organization brand kit is applied only when the brief is about your business and a kit exists - never by default.
- Several sites and apps
- One organization holds as many sites and apps as the plan allows, each from a different brief: a site for the business, a landing page for a campaign, a to-do app for the crew, a portal for tenants. Names stay unique inside the organization; nothing else is shared between them.
