  1. 1
    Pause

Open Genaya AI > Agents, press the agent and then Pause. Its next runs are skipped, waiting cards stay in Approvals, and it no longer counts toward your plan's active agents.

  2. 2
    Resume

Press Resume on a paused agent. It continues on its next trigger. Resume checks your plan's active-agent count again, so on a full plan it asks you to pause another one first.

  3. 3
    Run now

Press Run now to start one run immediately - useful right after you changed its wording. The run streams on the page like a conversation and writes its transcript.

  4. 4
    Delete

Press the three dots and Delete. The agent, its schedule and its standing approvals are removed; runs that already happened stay on the actions ledger for your records.

infoAn agent also pauses by itself when the member it runs as leaves the organization, is deactivated or loses the permissions it needs. The bell says why, and any admin can reassign or delete it.
