How agent approvals work

An agent in Ask mode parks every action. In Auto safe mode it runs safe changes (a note, a task, a status) and parks sends and money. In Auto mode it runs what your own autonomy setting allows and still parks anything that needs a typed confirmation. Parked cards wait in Approvals until you answer or until the agent's next run, when it reads your answer and continues.

Approvals inbox
Genaya AI > Approvals lists every waiting card across your agents, newest first, with the agent's name and the run it came from. The bell tells you when an agent parked something.
Approve
The action runs now with the exact wording on the card. A send you approve is a normal message in your Inbox afterwards, with Undo for the usual window.
Reject
Nothing runs. The agent writes the rejection into its transcript and does not retry that action on its own.
Standing approval
On the agent's page, grant one kind of send (its Lead follow-up text, for instance) for good, with a maximum per day. You type the agent's name to grant it; revoking it takes one press. The agent then sends that template without a card, within the cap.
warningA standing approval is only ever granted after the agent has run a few times in Ask mode (its probation), so you have seen its wording go out under your eyes first.
