Everything Genaya AI does - answering, creating records, agents, building a website, making an image, reading a file, searching the web, running an ad campaign - is paid for in one unit: the credit. A credit is one cent of Genaya AI work, and an ordinary message to Genaya AI (a question, a lookup, a summary) is 10 credits. Every plan includes a pool of credits each billing cycle, every action is a whole number of credits, and you see the credits used in Settings under usage after each turn. There is no model to pick and no other AI unit to watch.

What each plan includes

Plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Extra credits come from your prepaid balance, and money you add there never expires. Trial credits are a fixed allowance for the whole trial: 100 a day (the count resets at midnight in your org time zone) and 1,000 in total, behind a verified email; a trial is never charged and cannot buy extra.
Extra credits
Extra credits are 1 cent each from your prepaid balance - the same balance that pays for extra calls, texts, video, emails and API requests. The balance is money, shown in dollars: top it up with a $20, $50 or $100 pack ($20 buys 2,000 credits, $50 buys 5,000, $100 buys 10,000) or any amount from $20; the minimum top-up and the minimum auto-recharge are $20, and auto-recharge adds $50 when the balance falls under $10 unless you change it. There is no volume discount - the plan pool is the discount. Developer API requests are a separate meter and are never counted in credits.

An owner or an admin with the billing permission switches on Keep going from my prepaid balance under
