Go to Genaya AI and press Agents in the left rail; on the phone it is the Agents row in the Genaya AI sheet. The Prebuilt segment lists the eight ready-made agents, each with its picture, one line about the job and a Details button.
Press Details to read when it runs, the number it will show, who it is for, what it never does without asking and what it replaces. A card that creates an automation on its first run says so before anything runs: "Creates: Missed call text-back on first run".
Press Turn on. A new chat opens and Genaya AI answers with the agent card already filled in from that gallery agent: the name, the purpose, the schedule in your organization's time zone or the event that starts it, the actions it may use, its starter texts and its limits. Never an empty form, never an automation.
Change the name, the channel (text or email), the brief time, how much it may do on its own or the caps right on the card. The card shows every text and email it may send, word for word - confirming the card approves that wording. Confirm, and it starts on its next trigger; its first transcript appears on its page, where everything can be changed later.
Back in the gallery the card now shows the status word (Running, Paused or Needs you), a quiet line with its last run and its number, and Open instead of Turn on. My agents lists it too, the agents that need you first.
You can also skip the cards. The composer at the top of the gallery ("Describe what your agent should do...") and the three example pills send your sentence to a new chat, where it arrives as the same kind of filled-in card, and "make an agent that texts back every missed call after hours" works in any Genaya AI chat too. Genaya AI asks one question if a detail is missing.
