You set the management structure on the Company details step, and it becomes part of the articles of organization the state files. Every LLC needs at least one Member or Managing Member listed regardless of which structure you pick.

Member-managed
Every Member has authority to make day-to-day decisions and sign for the LLC. Common for LLCs where all owners are actively involved in running the business.
Manager-managed
One or more Managers, who may or may not also be Members, run daily operations while the other Members stay passive owners. Common when some owners are investors who are not involved in day-to-day operations.
infoGenaya cannot tell you which structure is right for your business - this is a legal and operational decision. If you are unsure, talk to an attorney or accountant before you submit the order.
