The price a visitor sees is always re-checked by Genaya on your server the instant before the card is charged - never trusted from the browser - so a stale page or a tampered request can never charge the wrong amount. If a price or availability changed between adding to the cart and paying, the visitor sees the current total before anything is charged, never a surprise afterward.

Checkout
One page, on your own site: name, email, an optional phone number with a plain unchecked box for text updates, and a card field. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically once your GenayaPay account is fully set up. No account or password is required to buy.
Order number
Every paid order gets its own number, separate from your invoice numbers - an order is a receipt for a sale a visitor made themselves, never an invoice you sent.
Statuses
Awaiting payment (a checkout that has not finished), Paid, Fulfilled (you delivered it), Refunded or Partially refunded, and a small number that fail, get abandoned, or end up disputed by the buyer's bank.
Dashboard > Orders
Every order for the site, newest first, with its buyer, its items, its total and its status. Filter the list by status, or open one to see everything that was bought, the buyer's details and whether they agreed to text updates, and mark it Fulfilled once it went out or was picked up. While the list's search index is still being prepared (the first minutes after the store wave reaches your organization) the page says so instead of "No orders yet".
Cancel order
Only an order still Awaiting payment can be canceled - it releases the stock held for that cart and closes the checkout. A paid order is never canceled: refund it instead. If the buyer's card went through in the same moment, the order settles as Paid and the page tells you so.
On the phone
The Websites tab lists your site's orders read-only and lets you mark one fulfilled; refunding and every other change stay on the web app.
lightbulbA closed tab is never a lost sale: if a visitor pays and closes the browser before the confirmation shows, the order still lands in Dashboard > Orders and the confirmation email still goes out - Genaya settles the order from the payment itself, not from the visitor staying on the page.
