How to start from a ready-made template

A ready-made template is Genaya's own starting point, not something your organization built - it ships with real pages, a finished look and its own pictures, so the site does not wait on a build: pressing Use creates it complete, in draft, with your name and city dropped in. Every plan can use one. That is different from an organization's own saved templates (see "Save your own template" below), which stay a Business-and-up feature because they are built from a site you paid to publish.

There are four kinds, and the gallery has an All | Websites | Apps | Games | Tools switch to tell them apart. Websites are business sites and landing pages, each with its own opening and look (a full photo, a picture collage, a big typographic statement, a centered page). Games and Tools are small programs Genaya wrote that run right inside the page - a snake game, a memory game, a quiz, a burger stacking game, a mortgage calculator, a focus timer, a color palette generator, a unit converter, a tip splitter - and their cards wear a Game or a Tool chip. The APPS are working tools your team or your clients sign in to, each with its own screens and tables: a Task board (tasks on a board by status, with owners, due dates and priorities, plus projects and the team), a Finance overview (income and expenses with money totals, a chart, budgets and accounts), a Project tracker (projects on a board by stage with budgets and due dates, milestones and change orders), a Client portal (clients send requests and follow their status, with shared documents and updates) and a Front desk (today's visitors on a board by status, a waitlist and rooms). An app card wears an App chip and counts screens instead of pages; using one asks for a name only, and the preview shows sample data until you add your own records.

The ten WEBSITES cover the trades Genaya serves most, across healthcare, finance, agencies, field services and construction: a family dental clinic, a physio and medical clinic, a wealth advisory firm, an accounting and bookkeeping practice, a software development agency, a design and marketing studio, an HVAC and plumbing company, a cleaning and chimney service, a general contractor, and a landscaping and home-services business. Each one already carries pages (Home, About, Services, FAQ, Contact and more depending on the trade - a booking page, pricing, projects or a seasonal checklist), a matching look, and pictures made for that trade - a template never opens blank.

  1. 1
    Open the templates

On the web, open Marketing -> Websites (or Websites in the Genaya AI rail - the same page inside Genaya AI) and press the Templates tab next to Recent websites, under the composer. The ready-made templates show there as covers; Browse all on that tab opens the full Templates gallery with a search box and an industry filter. On the phone, open the Websites tab and press the templates icon in the header.

  2. 2
    Pick one and press Use

Each card shows a cover picture, the trade it is built for and how many pages it carries (an app shows an App chip and its screens and tables). Use the All | Websites | Apps | Games | Tools switch next to the industry filter to see one kind. In the gallery on the web, click a template to open its window: a large preview, what it is, a View button that opens a live look in a new tab, and Use Template, which creates the site right away under the template's own name. On the phone, press Use this template; on the Templates tab of the Websites home, one press on a cover creates the site right away under your organization's name and city.

  3. 3
    Name the site

From the gallery on the web nothing is asked: the site starts under the template's name and you rename it any time from the editor's three-dot menu. On the phone, type a business name (it becomes the site's name and its public link) and, if you like, a city - then confirm. Either way Genaya creates the site at once: pages, look, wiring and pictures are already there.

Pick a template, press Use Template, and the site is ready in draft.
  4. 4
Edit and publish like any site

The new site opens exactly like one Genaya AI built for you: edit it by chat or by clicking a section, then Publish when it is ready. On the phone, using a template opens the site's own screen; page editing itself is still on the web.

infoCost: starting a site from a ready-made template spends no Genaya AI credits and runs no build, so it uses no credits at all. A rebuild or a chat edit after that spends credits like any other site.
