Quiet hours

Texts are held outside 8 AM to 9 PM by default and go out when quiet hours end. You can change the hours, and you can apply quiet hours to emails too.

Cost

Flow emails use the same email allowance as campaigns, and flow texts use the same text allowance as campaigns, then your wallet. Text steps need a paid plan. Flows themselves are not locked behind a plan.
