- Messages that actually went out. Held, skipped and Draft messages are not counted.
- Open rate, Click rate
- Counted once per person per message, so a person who opens five times counts once.
- Unsubscribed
- People who opted out from a flow email.
Below the totals you see each message on its own, so you can tell which email works and which one to rewrite.
People tab
Lists everyone in the flow with their status, their last step and their next step. Press Remove to take a person out.
Automatic pause
A flow pauses itself when too many of its emails bounce or too many people mark them as spam. The person who created the flow is told. Check your list and your sender, fix the cause, then go live again.
