Genaya AI knows your team, your calendar and the map. Name a team member the way you would say it out loud - a first name is enough - and name the day the way you would say it: today, tomorrow, Tuesday, next Friday. It finds the person, works out the date in your organization's own calendar and answers with the exact number.

What you can ask

  • A team member's day. "How many appointments does Lidor have this Tuesday?", "Show me Dana's jobs tomorrow", "What is on my schedule on Friday?"
  • The driving in a day. "How much driving does Shahar have on Tuesday?" - the real drive time between each job, in the order they are booked, and the total.
  • A faster route. "How can you make Shahar's route faster this Tuesday?" - Genaya looks for a shorter order of the same stops and tells you how many minutes it saves.
  • Tight gaps. "Is Dana's day tomorrow doable?" - every pair of jobs where the drive is longer than the time between them, and any two jobs that overlap.
  • Who is closest. "Who is closest to 18150 Collins St, Encino tomorrow at 2 pm?" - where each working team member will be at that hour, and the real drive time for the closest ones.
  • Any distance. "How far is 9949 Durant Dr, Beverly Hills from 18150 Collins St, Encino?" - road miles and drive time between any two places.

How the answer is counted

  • Canceled appointments are left out and said out loud. An answer reads "9 jobs, plus 1 canceled", so the number matches what you see on the schedule.
  • The jobs a team member is on - the people assigned to the appointment - not the appointments that person created.
  • Two people with the same first name? Genaya asks which one instead of guessing.
  • Drive times follow the road network with typical traffic. They are not live traffic.
  • A faster order is a suggestion. It ignores the arrival window each client was promised, so moving a job still means rescheduling it with the client. Genaya never moves an appointment on its own.
infoWho can ask: you see the same appointments in the chat that you see on the Schedule. A team member whose role shows only their own appointments can ask about their own day, not about someone else's.
lightbulbA route is one day. Ask about one day at a time, and add where the day starts - "starting from the office" - when the first drive matters.
