This agent is different from the ones you build under Genaya AI > Agents. Nobody sets it up and it has no job to describe. Every member gets their own, on the Home page of the Genaya app, and it only looks at that member's work. It is on the phone today and comes to the computer later.
Use it

Open
Home, scroll to Genaya AI and press Agent. There is nothing to turn on or set up. - 2Pick your time
On the Agent page, under Daily update, choose 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM or 6:00 PM in your organization's time zone, or turn your own notification off. The default is 4:00 PM, so there is still time to reach people today.
- 3It stops for a phone nobody opens
The daily update runs only for members who opened the app in the last 7 days, and comes back the next time they open it.
What it looks at
- Appointments whose time has passed and are still open, from the last 7 days
- Estimates still open 3 days or more after they were made
- Invoices past their due date with a balance
- Missed calls nobody has called or texted back
- Messages waiting for a reply
- New leads nobody has reached yet
- Reminders that are due, disputes that need an answer and subscriptions with a failed payment
A member who sees only their assigned appointments gets their own work: the calls that rang their phone and the conversations assigned to them. A member who sees the whole schedule gets the team's. A page the member cannot open is simply not looked at.
What each thing costs
- The daily look
- Free. It reads your records with no AI, and opening the Agent tab is free too.
- Nothing to report
- Free, and no notification. The same list as your last update also stays quiet, and comes back after 3 days if nothing moved.
- The daily update
- 20 Genaya AI credits, at most once a day for each member, only when there is something new to say. It uses the organization's credits, like every other Genaya AI action.
- Draft
- 10 Genaya AI credits for each tap on Draft. The text itself is billed like any text you send.
Reply from the list
Press Draft on a missed call, a message or a lead. Genaya writes the text and shows it to you. Change anything you like, then press Send. Nothing goes out until you do. An estimate or an invoice opens so you can send it from there. A swipe left marks a row Done and keeps it away for a week, unless the client writes to you again. Press and hold a row for the rest of its actions.
