The first year is included free with LLC Complete or Corporation Complete. Otherwise it is a $199 / year add-on, purchasable any time from the actions on a company's State Compliance tab - the price is the same for either entity type.
warningIf the card never succeeds within 14 days, the service lapses and your company no longer has an active registered agent on file until you add one again.
