infoIf a filing can never be placed, the payment refunds automatically - no ticket needed.
warningThere is no self-serve cancel button. Once you pay, the order is placed immediately. If you want to stop it before the state starts processing, reach out from the Contact page - support can cancel and refund it. Once a state has received the filing, its state filing fee is non-refundable, even if the filing is later rejected.
- Refundable
- Genaya's service fee, automatically, when the filing can never be placed. Also refundable if you contact support before the state has started processing your order.
- Non-refundable
- The state's filing fee, once the state has received the filing - this is set by the state, not Genaya.
Receipts and every filed document live on the Filings tab of Operations -> Business Filings and on the company's State Compliance page. The charge itself appears on the organization's card statement.
