The two pages
Profile
Everything about this person in one place: how they engage with what you send, channel consent, the lists and segments they are in, custom properties, information, how they found you and the Genaya records connected to them.
Activity
What happened and when, newest first. Switch to Messages to see only the campaign messages sent to them.
What Details shows
Channel consent
Whether the person agreed to hear from you by Email and Text messaging, each on its own. Open a channel to see how it happened: the method, the date, and the member, form or API key behind it.
Custom properties
Your own fields on the person, such as a plan, a store or a preferred language. Press Add property to add one, and use the three dots on a row to edit or delete it.
Information
Profile details, location, timezone, How they found you (first and most recent), and Activity dates.
warningSomeone who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed. Nothing you edit on a profile, import, or send through the API re-subscribes them. Only the person can opt back in.
lightbulbConsent is per channel. Someone can be subscribed to email and have unsubscribed from text, and each channel is respected on its own.
