One conversation takes a business from an idea to money in the bank. The seven stages, in order: Your business, Form the business, Website, Campaigns, Leads and bookings, Payments and Reports. Every stage is backed by a real record in Genaya - a company, a filing, a site, a campaign, a published form or booking page, the GenayaPay account, a succeeded payment - so the checklist can never lie: a stage reads Done because the record exists, not because someone said so.
Start it from the first suggestion pill on the Genaya AI page. On the phone, the same starter opens the Genaya AI sheet.
Genaya asks for the name, the trade, the city, the services, the hours and the phone - or you type them in one line. The Save profile card appears; confirm it and Genaya writes your organization name and phone, your industry, your business hours and your first company through your own settings. Lands on Settings -> My Organization. Example: "Hearth and Horizon Chimney, Dallas - inspections, sweeps and repairs, Monday to Saturday 8 to 6, 214 555 0134."
Genaya hands you to Operations -> Business Filings -> Form a company, the live wizard: you pick the entity and the state, choose a package, see the quote, then pay and file. Genaya files the LLC or corporation and gets the EIN; the stage turns Done when the state accepts the filing or the EIN arrives, and reads In progress while a filing is open. Already have one? Say "I already have an LLC" and the Update checklist card records the stage as skipped, already formed - you can still register the existing company for state compliance from Business Filings. Genaya prepares and files documents at your direction. Genaya is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. Example: Northwind Family Dental already exists, so its owner says so and moves on; Cedar Ledger Advisors is new and files from the wizard.
Genaya proposes the Create website card: a site built from your real services, your booking page and your lead form, with a payment button on it. Confirm it, review the draft under Marketing -> Websites, then confirm the Publish website card and the site is live at your public link. Done means a live site. Example: Blue Kite Studio's site lists its three design packages and a "Book a call" page.
The Connect ad platform card links your ad account, Create ad campaign writes the first campaign that sends people to your website, and Launch ad campaign is a card you confirm with the budget typed in, because it spends money - the ad platform bills you directly, never Genaya. Lands on Marketing -> Campaigns, where the ad campaign sits in the same list as your email and SMS campaigns. Done means a live campaign. Example: Ridgeline Builders launches "Kitchen remodel estimates" to homeowners within 25 miles.
The Create form and Create booking page cards, then their Publish cards. Every submission lands in Genaya as a lead or an appointment, in the lead table and on the schedule. Lands on Engage -> Forms and Engage -> Bookings. Done means a published form or booking page. Example: Northwind Family Dental publishes a "New patient" form and a "Cleaning" booking page.
Genaya opens the GenayaPay application for the owner - the business, the owner, identity, the bank account. Payments are enabled once the application is approved; the stage reads In progress while it is under review and Done when charges are on. Lands on GenayaPay. Example: Hearth and Horizon takes a card by phone for the inspection deposit the same week.
Ask "Show me how my business is doing" and Genaya answers with your leads, bookings, revenue and what the campaigns brought in. The same numbers sit in the Business snapshot widget on Home and under Analytics. The stage turns Done with the first succeeded payment. Example: Cedar Ledger Advisors sees 14 leads, 9 booked consultations and the first paid invoice in month one.
