What happens after your LLC is approved

When a filing reaches Accepted by the state, Genaya records the filing date and pulls in the state's documents automatically - no follow-up needed on your end. That status change sends a bell notification and an email from compliance@genaya.com. Each document itself - articles of organization, the EIN letter, filed reports - shows up on the company's State Compliance page with a bell notification, not a separate email. Registered agent mail is the one document type that is also emailed.

• Operating agreement template, ready for you to complete and sign with E-Sign - LLC Complete only. A corporation formed with Corporation Complete does not get this document - corporations adopt their own bylaws, and Genaya does not provide a bylaws template. • Registered agent mail and filed annual reports, as they happen.

Every document lands on the company's State Compliance page (Business Filings, State Compliance tab, then the company) and on the Filings tab of Business Filings.

   Start GenayaPay onboarding

   GenayaPay onboarding does not start automatically. Open the new company and start it yourself - the EIN and legal name are on the company's State Compliance page, ready to copy into the onboarding form.

   Complete and sign the operating agreement

   On LLC Complete, fill in the operating agreement template with your company's details and sign it with E-Sign directly from the company's State Compliance page - it is not pre-filled for you.

   Add a phone number

   Provision a number for the new company under Operations -> Numbers so calls and texts route correctly.

   Invite your team

   Add teammates to the new company from Operations -> Team the same way you would for any company.
