Facebook Lead Ads brings every lead from your Facebook and Instagram lead forms into a Genaya lead table the moment the person taps Submit, with every answer they gave. It is its own connection: you do not need to sync the page's messages (that is Inbox Sync), and connecting lead ads never touches your page inbox.
1
Open Lead Sources
Go to Settings > Integrations > Lead Sources and find the Facebook Lead Ads card.
2
Connect Facebook
Click Connect Facebook and log in with the Facebook account that manages the page. Allow every permission Facebook shows - Genaya asks only for lead access.
3
Pick your pages
Choose every page your lead ads run on and click Connect. Instagram lead ads come in through the Facebook Page the ad runs on, so you do not connect Instagram separately.
4
Check your forms and tables
Under each page you see its Lead forms. Every active form gets its own lead table, named after the form, the moment you connect. Name, email and phone fill the table's contact columns, and every other question gets its own column, named like the question and of the same kind: a multiple-choice question becomes a dropdown with the same choices, a date question a date column. To send a form to a table you already have, pick it in that form's menu.
Managing a connected page
The switch next to a page pauses or resumes its leads. A paused page stays connected.
Under the page name you see how many leads arrived and when the last one came in.
Add or reconnect pages opens the Facebook login again to add more pages.
The refresh button next to Lead forms checks the page again. A form you created after connecting gets its table right away (or with its first lead).
The clock button next to Lead forms imports earlier leads: everything your forms received in the last 90 days that is not in Genaya yet.
The unlink icon disconnects a page. New leads stop coming in, and the leads you already received stay on your lead table.
warningIf a page says Connect it again, Facebook stopped giving Genaya access to its leads - usually after a password change, a removed permission or a lost page role. Click Add or reconnect pages and select that page again.
infoFacebook Lead Ads is included on the Business plan and up. While Facebook is still reviewing Genaya's lead access, the card says Coming soon and shows the Connect button the moment it is approved.
