Who should get this appointment? Team Performance Scores turns each member's history into a score from 0 to 10 and shows it in the team picker, at the moment you choose.

On a new appointment the team sorts from best to worst. A member with no history shows New.
infoTeam Performance Scores is available on the Business plan and up, and it ships off. An owner or admin turns it on in Settings -> Features.

What goes into the score

Close rate
How often the member's handled appointments ended done with revenue.
Non-cancel rate
How rarely their handled appointments were canceled.
Ticket
Their average ticket, compared with the top average on your team.

Handled means done or canceled. The number of appointments is not an input to the overall score.

Where you see it

  1. 1
    Start a new appointment

Open the team picker on the new appointment form.

  2. 2
    Read the list

The team sorts from best to worst. Each member shows a score badge, plus a card with their close rate, average, cancel rate, and appointment count.

  3. 3
    Pick an appointment type

The list re-ranks for that exact type, and the card adds a row for that type.

infoSorting happens on new appointments only. An appointment you already created can show the scores, but its list does not sort by score.

The score for one appointment type

The type score is separate from the overall score. It compares how many appointments of that type the member has done, and their average ticket on that type, with the rest of your team.
