How to pick the receptionist's voice

Every receptionist speaks with the ChatGPT voice, the most natural voice Genaya offers. One model hears the caller and speaks back, so it sounds like a person and answers quickly.

Open the Voice page
On the AI Receptionist page, open the receptionist and click Voice in the left panel.

Hear the voices
The voices are grouped Women and Men. Press the play button on any voice to hear a short sample before you pick. Press it again to stop.
Press play to hear a voice, then click it to pick it.

Pick one
Click the voice. Live calls use the same voice.

Set the speed
Drag Voice speed or tap a preset, from 0.5x to 1.5x. Normal is the natural pace.

Set the wait
Waits after the caller stops talking: Short, Normal or Long - how long it waits after the caller stops talking before it answers. Pick Long for callers who pause to think.

Save
Click Save changes at the top right.

infoThe background noise filter is always on, so callers in a car, a shop or on speaker still come through clearly. There is nothing to set.
